1, Q:Are you manufacturer or simply trading company?
A: We are manufacturer of metal ceilings & wall claddings since 1999. Welcome to visit our factory in Guangzhou.
2,Q: Do you provide free samples ?
A: Small free samples are provided under the condition that you assume the express shipping cost.
3,Q: How to place order ?
A: Please inform us of the product types, specifications and quantities so that we make quotation & P/I to you.
4,Q: How did you test the product before they are packed?
A :We have strict QC procedure. Each product will be tested or checked 3 times with professional machines & tools before packing.
5,Q:What's the delivery time ?
A: Normally 15~25 work days after receipt of advance downpayment.
6,Q:Where is the loading port ?
A:We ship the products via Nansha port, Guangzhou or Shenzhen port.
7,Q: What about the payment terms ?
A: Normally T/T 30% deposit in advance, and T/T 70% balance payment before shipment, or L/C at sight.
